WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY SHIPMENT?

We are a minority, woman owned small business. While I'd like to think the three of us can handle volume in one day...reality is...it's stressful and induces anxiety. In an order to maintain professionalism and mental health...all Sophisticrate purchases will now process within 1-2 weeks (7-14 business days) excluding holidays. The shipping option you choose at checkout determines how fast you receive your package AFTER your order has been processed. 

You will be able to track your order when your box ships out. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. Please note that while we do our best to maintain the projected shipment date, shipments may be delayed as a result of vendor issues, emergencies, sickness, holiday shipping delays, severe weather, natural disaster, strikes, acts of government authorities, or other factors beyond Sophisticrate's reasonable control.

WHERE CAN I FIND TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY SOPHISTICRATE?

To view tracking information for your Sophisticrate, please refer to your email received by Sophisticrate.com. There you will find the tracking number for your box. You will receive this email once your box ships.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION OR NEED TO CONTACT SOPHISTICRATE?

WHAT ARE THE MONTHLY SOPHISTICRATE OFFERS?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

All Sophisticrate purchases are FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not currently accept returns of the Sophisticrate, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Sophisticrate does not arrive, Sophisticrate must be notified in writing within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Sophisticrate is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. If our tracking and research, does indeed show that your Sophisticrate was delivered/accepted/received by an individual, no refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstances. Note it may take 2 weeks to fulfill. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Sophisticrate.

WHERE DOES SOPHISTICRATE SHIP?

We currently ship all across the nation. Boxes are sent via US Postal Service from Nevada. Once your box is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. With this service, the post office will drop off your package without signature confirmation (please note: it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a package can be left unattended without signing for it upon delivery). While we strive to make sure the delivery of your Sophisticrate happens in a timely manner, we also do our best to think green when it comes to the packaging of your box. You can feel good about opening your box knowing that it is 100 percent recyclable. At this time, we do not offer shipping to APO addresses, Guam, and Puerto Rico, but plan on launching this feature soon. We will occasionally ship via FedEx ground to expedite the shipping process. Please note, FedEx ground does not ship to PO boxes and APO addresses and we apologize for any inconvenience. If the address on file is a PO Box or APO address, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date, as expedited shipping is not an available option for delivery to PO boxes and APO addresses.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We do not accept cancellations. If you must cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at envious@sophisticrate.com. Your cancellation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
